Orientation Program on International Relations, Communication Skills & Mental Wellbeing
An Orientation Program introducing the Department of International Relations (DiR), SVKM, Communication Skills and iSEP Cell, KSV, and the Mental Health and Wellbeing Cell, SVKM was organized on 05th December 2025 at the Shardaben Bhagubhai Patel Sankul Auditorium, Sector-12, Gandhinagar for the students of C.M. Patel College of Physiotherapy.
The program aimed to acquaint students with academic, international, communication, and wellbeing initiatives that support holistic student development.
The session featured speakers Ms. Amee Brahmbhatt, Dr. Deval Jadav, and Ms. Bhoomi Patel from DiR, SVKM who shared insights on communication and soft-skill training, career counselling and study-abroad opportunities, and mental health and wellness support services respectively.
The program began with a welcome address by Ms. Shailee Menpara (2nd MPT student) and witnessed active participation from 244 students. The orientation concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. Parth Trivedi, expressing gratitude to the management, faculty, guest speakers, and students.
The event successfully enhanced student awareness about global exposure opportunities, communication skill development, career planning, and mental wellbeing resources available at SVKM.
