A Guided Imagery Session was also conducted by Dr. Adyata Dave for all participants, promoting relaxation, mental well-being and mind-body awareness. The programme also featured three interactive activities—“HEART BEAT BOND – Every Move Matters, Every Beat Counts,” promoting cardiovascular health; “NEURO MOVE – Where Mind Meets Motion,” designed for stroke patients to encourage movement and functional participation; and “MAKE A HEALTHY HEART,” an awareness activity highlighting heart-healthy practices, dos and don’ts, and the importance of physical activity. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of around 150 individuals, including 50 patients and their relatives, faculty members, students and non-teaching staff. As part of the celebration, a Mobile Physiotherapy Camp was also organised at Vavol from 8 to 11 September 2026, extending physiotherapy services and community awareness regarding cardiovascular disease and stroke prevention, healthy lifestyle practices, physical activity and rehabilitation. The celebration successfully highlighted the vital role of physiotherapy in promoting healthy living, preventing disease and improving quality of life.
